This page explains how to prepare and organize a hair transplant journey in Istanbul when you come from France, Reunion Island or another French-speaking territory. It does not replace a medical consultation.
The first step consists of sending a clear file: recent photographs, useful history, treatments followed and expectations. The relevant team can then indicate whether a more comprehensive assessment is required before travel.
What to prepare before the first assessment?
- Clear photographs of the forehead line, temples, top of the head and donor area.
- Information regarding hair loss, treatments already tried and relevant history.
- The planned travel dates and the constraints of returning to France or Reunion.
- A list of questions on indication, limits, follow-up and follow-up.
How does French-speaking support take place?
Daniel Emma facilitates exchanges in French and helps coordinate the practical steps: transmission of the file, appointments, accommodation and transfers. He does not make a diagnosis and does not choose the medical technique.
FUE, FUE Saphir or DHI are not interchangeable commercial choices. The method must be confirmed by the medical team according to the donor area, the area to be treated and individual characteristics.
Example of stay organization
- Reception and transfer to the planned accommodation.
- Consultation, necessary checks and planning with the medical team.
- Intervention if the indication is confirmed, then delivery of instructions.
- Control, explanation of care and organization of return.
The exact duration must be confirmed before purchasing tickets, as it may vary depending on the evaluation and the protocol chosen.
Prepare return and follow-up
Before leaving Istanbul, the patient must know who to contact, what care to perform, what signs require notification and when to send follow-up photographs. Regrowth times vary and the first weeks do not allow you to evaluate the final result.
Results, times and follow-up vary according to each patient. This information is general and does not constitute a diagnosis, indication, or promise of results.
